Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and typically range from 3-7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to place an order, contact us at practicallycrunchylife@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

Lost or stolen packages

Practically Crunchy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and let us know. We are happy to help however we can.
